Choke and trottle stick. Choke plate is bent. Lever on choke opens but doesn't close.

Stick is marked R28000R. Cap marked R26175. Stick measures 13-3/16" over all length. Stick measures 9-7/8" from base to full mark.
Bottom tip is marred and slightly bent.
